Dr. Rubin is a graduate of Suny College of Optometric. He has been in practice for 16 years and at this location for 12 years. Dr. Rubin is OPA & TPA Certified and is a laser retroactive surgery consultant. Dr. Rubin is on staff at over fifty nursing homes throughout greater Chicago. Dr. Rubin specializes in geriatrics and contact lenses for the hard to fit.
