Dr. Frank RubinDr. Rubin is a graduate of Suny College of Optometry. He has been in practice for 28 years and at this location for 25 years. Dr. Rubin is DPA & TPA Certified and is a laser refractive surgery consultant. Dr. Rubin is on staff at over fifty nursing homes throughout greater Chicago. Dr. Rubin specializes in geriatrics and contact lenses for the hard to fit. |
